The International Pastors Conference (IPC) is an annual event strictly for pastors and ministry leaders from around world, hosted by the Insight Christian Leadership School led by Dr Sylvanus Ukafia. Over the last 17 years, the IPC has had attendance of Tens of Thousands of pastors from more than 25 countries.

It is a full week of teachings, talks, seminars, workshops and mentoring interactions for ministry leaders. The conference is hosted yearly in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State of Nigeria.

Every year, selected speakers are drawn from around the world. This selection of speakers is no ordinary one as individuals with proven years of ministry experience, credible track records and amazing success stories in ministry bring a rich combination of insight and experience to the conference. It's indeed a global conference with a global relevance. It doesn't matter where in the world you do ministry, you will be blessed by the speakers who bring God's word.

In the past few years, we have had speakers like: Dr Uma Ukpai, Pastor Simeon Afolabi, Dr Panam Percy Paul, Bishop Robert Ondoa, Bishop Chris Raymond, Archbishop Cletus Bassey, Dr Phil Walker, Rev Timothy Olonade, Pastor P.K. Olawale, Pastor Joel Edwards, and many more in an inexhaustible list, and we have speakers speak in their heart languages, so sometimes the conference is addressed in French and English with several options for translations.

Participation at the Pastors Conference is open to all pastors from around the world for a token registration fee of NGN 1,000 (One Thousand Naira Only) with the exception of participants from outside Nigeria. However, participants who desire to be booked into Conference Hotels at a subsidized fee need to. International Participants get a scholarship that covers hotel and feeding and as such don't get to pay anything to attend the conference.
