Equipping Pastors to Lead Better
The more pastors we equip to lead better, the better Africa we will see tomorrow. One Pastor well equipped, is an entire city won.
The International Pastors Conference is an annual 5-day conference hosted by the Insight Christian Leadership School led by Dr Sylvanus Ukafia. It is designed for Church Pastors and Ministers, and over the last few years of its existence has had thousands of pastors from more than 25 countries in attendance. It is a weeklong life-transforming event that consolidates the efforts of the ICLS in Leadership Development for pastors across the continent all year round. The conference holds in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State of Nigeria every first week of July. Registration for the IPC 2018 costs NGN 3,000 (Three Thousand Naira) for Nigerian participants. Pastors from outside the city who will need hotel lodging and meals will be required to select their prefered option for accommodation at the point of registration. For participants from outside Nigeria, the conference has been subsidised to only $100 (One Hunded US Dollars) and this covers participation, hotel stay for 5 nights, 3 meals each day, airport transfers from the Uyo airport and local transfers between the hotel and conference venue twice daily.Register to Attend

The Conference in July is only a consolidation of what we spend the whole year doing all over Africa. Whether you have been a part of our meetings in different locations or not, the Pastors Conference is always a great place to be.JOIN US THIS YEAR
I am Pastor Sylvanus Ukafia
I will be delighted to host you at the 2018 Pastors’ Conference.
For more than 20 years now, I have dedicated my life to helping ordinary people who feel called into ministry to become great pastors. Our calling as pastors may be one of the most abused and exploited ministries in the body of Christ, but we are not all hirelings. We need to make full proof of our callings and equip ourselves to become better shepherds to the people God has called us to. The IPC is one platform through which we do that.
I look forward to recieving our guests from all over Africa and different parts of Nigeria with whom we meet yearly for the Pastoral Leadership Advancement Programme.
We have also selected some of God’s finest generals from around the world to be a blessing to you this year as we seek to Manifest Kingdom Dominion.
No matter how long you have been in ministry
At the International Pastors Conference, you will find people who are at your ministry level, have similar experiences and can provide guidance or mentorship to enable you move your ministry to another level of effectiveness and influence. There is always a lot to learn at in the sessions and interactions that take place at the IPC.
What you will experience at the Pastors Conference
As pastors, we are very used to leading that sometimes we just need to experience God anew through intense, personal and multi-cultural worship sessions.
Sit back and listen to God’s word, fresh and relevant, delivered by some of God’s finest generals available today, on a very wide selection of subjects.
Small Group Workshops
Meet with other pastors in smaller groups to discuss issues of mutual interest and tap from the wealth of experience that is available from different participants.
Connection & Bonding
By design, the conference creates platforms to meet and interact informally with other participants, through sport sessions, bus commutes or meal sessions.
Join other ministers to pray for the nations, for open doors for ministry, for a release of God’s presence and have an opportunity to build ministry prayer partners.
Counseling & Mentoring
Are there struggles you feel are peculiar to your life, ministry or location? You will have opportunities to meet with experienceed ministers who have been in similar situations in ministry who can provide guidance or counsel.
Meet Some IPC 2018 Speakers
Every year, we select some of God’s finest servants from around the world with proven ministries and results. Meet some of the men and women who will serve as faculty for the 2018 IPC.
What past Participants are saying about the IPC
Thousands of pastors from several countries have attended the IPC in its over 17 years of existence. Hear what some of them have to say about the Pastors Conference.
“Since we started attending the conference, we just take the materials, group them into categories such as marriage, youth ministry etc and we host several small conferences in our country. People wonder where we learn these things, but they are all the resources and materials from the Pastors Conference.”
“In my country, it is difficult to see pastors gather and sit for days just to learn how to do ministry better. What I saw at the IPC was so challenging to me that I began to desire to bring a similar experience to my country. Today, we have begun hosting Pastors meetings in Uganda with the team from Nigeria coming as resource persons.”
“In Egypt, finding expression for ministry and affirmation of your calling as a woman may be difficult. But at the Pastors conference, the reception, hospitality and love is so real. It is like I have found a family here, and that is why I keep trying my best to attend the conference every year.”
